  BUT,MOST OF THE TIMES,LOCAL AUTHORITY FAIL TO ACT CITING NON CLEARANCE FROM ABOVE !




  AND THIS .........ABOVE MEANS .......HIGH COMMAND......,WHICH,KEEP BOTH THEIR LEGS ON THE BRAKES AND JUST DREAM OF



  FLYING WITH THE WINDS ! WHY ?  ?  ?  ?

  In another words, communal riots ( sic ) are like a Fodder for existence of an individual politician or

  a party too !


  An organisation , also,could also be getting Benefits because  all these !

IT'S A SITUATION IN THE COUNTRY WHERE LAW PROFESSING AND PRACTISING  PROFESSIONALS ACT............................WITH SCANT REGARD TO LAW AND ACT  LAWLESSLY.

IF AN ADVOCATE  AND IT'S CLIENT TRY TO ASSAULT  A POLICE MAN ON DUTY HE HAS ALL THE RIGHT TO ACT IN SELF DEFENCE.

WHAT JOB THE LAWYER HAD APART FROM HIS DUTIES TO REPRESENT HIS CLIENT IN THE COURT,TO ASSAULT A POLICE MAN ON DUTY ?

THE FACT IS THAT THE LAWYERS FRATERNITY HAS BECOME TO ACT THEMSELVES AS SUPER HUMANS.

THEY NOT ONLY DUPE OR MILK THEIR  CLIENTS LIKE A COW TO THE EXTENT OF  LAST DROP OF IT'S MILK.BUT THEY DRAG LEGAL CASES TO YEARS OF TRIALS FOR THEIR MONETARY BENEFITS.

RECENTLY,MOST OF THE LAWYERS CALLED A STRIKE TO HAVE A LONG HOLIDAY IN WEST BENGAL !

WHAT'S THE MORALE MESSAGE THEY DELIVERED TO THE BENCH AND THE LITIGANTS.

MOST OF THE TIMES LAWYERS ARE SEEN DUPLICATING WITH THE OPPOSING PARTIES TO DUPE BOTH.

IN GOVT. CASES,MOST OF THE TIMES THE PUBLIC PROSECUTORS ARE FOUND TO BE HELPING THE ACCUSED ! THIS IS THE GENERAL SCENE IN INDIA AND TO EXPECT FREE AND FAST TRIAL IS LIKE DAY DREAMING !

THE LAWYERS WOULD NOT LET IT HAPPEN !


This  is India and Bharat where one is made to suffer and another one is entitled to make others suffer.

Prevention of troubles on Apprenhension

Every citizen apprehend that there may be troubles in the name of politics,caste and culture in our country.And  even the  government do !



Than,WHY, we and the govt. agencies let these Incidents GO UNCHECKED !


Unchecked incidents only lead to further escalations of issues on same topic !


Govt.agencies and especially the Narendra  Modi's    government   at   the   center  has    to   be

MORE VIGILANT  on these issues on which effects to be  own its own Government and Credibility.


Close circuit cameras should be Always installed at ares Prone to and for Disturbances !

Close circuit cameras at Parliament and  Railway stations only will Not do the needful !


In addition,installation of these close circuit cameras at disturbance prone areas ,regular monitoring

of these appliances is also necessary for required results ! Periodic re-inspection and tested for

Worthiness only will make sure that when evidence is required they are found !



Presence of close circuit cameras itself are sometimes sufficient to control public anger & regulate crowd.

Immediate booking of any offender/s or suspect/s is

another aspect where line of Action should be effectively drawn at.


Last thing ,Why allow or encourage large outdoor gatherings in the name of Populism when
the same can be done  INDOORS.

" Scrambling to Invoke Caste equations  ''  and loyalties for electorate gains is more than

 Dangerous sign for the Indian public.


Nitish kumar's   move    to  have  a  remote  controlled  or  a  Rubber stamp  Chief Minister  

ON LINES OF CONGRESS PARTY culture proved to be Fatal as the Chief Minister JeetanRam

Majhi who was appointed simply with an eye to Dalit votes equations refused to be Remote

controlled.


NITISH KUMAR and the Janta dal party actions to use force ,drama and populism measures to re-

instate himself has backfired with Mr Majhi refuses to resign  amidst drama that he is supported by

the BJP in the name of  his caste ..........DALIT which has a large vote bank in Bihar.


Earlier we would to blame the Congress and other parties like TMC for scrambling for the Muslim

votes in the name of minority appeasement. Now , the BJP is too doing the same ,a  sub-division

among the castes that is for the Mahadalits as they said it !


To prevent this happen ,all other parties ,the JDU ,RJD, the Congress and the Left party has united

under Nitish kumar citing foul play.

Does Bollywood and Television presents distorted view of Indian culture !

The   Bollywood  and  to  the  some  extent  our  Television  set   in  the  Drawing  room   is

presenting   and   transmitting   a  ""  Distorted   view   of   Indian    culture  ""    and         it    
seems precisely correct !            

why so ?


Bollywood   not   only     Misrepresents     our     country's     culture     it    also     send     out

messages   which    are    Half    Baked ,     in correct    and      misplaced     information    to   all

Viewers      including      those      who     are     ILLITERATE & IMPRESSIONABLE      

consumers.

Bollywoood's   portrayal   of   women     as    Commodity     as    well    as     using     them    in  
their     Marketing     schemes      is     one    of     the      reasons    for     the    Rise   in    Sexual
Crimes    in    India,     whether   it   is    Urban    India   or      a     rural    village    of    India.



No one takes out any positive message ,if any from any film or television drama !

But,studies in human behavior have shown that most of the first time criminals were influenced either by a movie film or a soap-opera series on television.

In this pretext ,one example  is of the Hindi film in the early eighties  ##  Insaaf kaa Taraaju  dealing on the theme of Rape or sexual violence we may called it.

After the screening of this film and it's success it's reported that the reported cases of sexual violence since that time has been MORE THAN DOUBLE.

if any one thinks that the public in general will get  some message from it's films and follow them...........................................They are living in FOOL"S ISLAND  !

NO ONE TAKE FILM SERIOUSLY BUT SOME OBSERVE THE NEGATIVE THINGS PORTRAYED IN THE FILMS VERY SERIOUSLY.

AND THATS THE REAL PROBLEM !
